Found Objects

A collection of discarded objects photographed in situ, using the visual language of product imagery.

Each item is captured from the same angle, as if presented for sale, shifting attention from use to form. What was once overlooked becomes catalogued.

As the archive grew, the images were organised into categories and later arranged alphabetically for public display.

The work was exhibited across fourteen locations in the London Borough of Haringey. Installed on street banners near parks, schools and bus stops, the images returned to the environment they came from, creating an evolving, site-specific narrative.

Over 26 weeks, a new letter was introduced each week until the full series had circulated across all locations.
